Meet Joce Fenton
Joce Fenton is the Founder and CEO of FNI Consulting and also holds the roles of Managing Director and Principal Consultant, where she helps organizations navigate complex transformation and prepare for the next era of work driven by artificial intelligence. With more than 25 years of leadership and management consulting experience, Joce specializes in designing and executing large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy, people, processes, data, and technology.

Today, her work increasingly centers on AI-enabled organizational transformation. Joce helps organizations understand how artificial intelligence will reshape organizational design, leadership models, governance structures, and workforce strategy. Her doctoral research in Global Management focuses on the implications of AI for the future of work, integrating academic insight with real-world consulting experience.

Known as a dot connector, strategic thinker, and driver of change, Joce excels at breaking down silos and aligning leaders across functions to move complex initiatives from vision to execution. Throughout her career she has led operational, customer experience, and transformation initiatives that collectively generated over $5B in growth impact and more than $75M in operational savings.

Gelver Vergeldedios is a seasoned Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence leader with over 15 years of experience driving large-scale transformations across manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, and service environments. Known for a hands-on leadership style and a data-driven approach, Gelver has helped organizations realize over $200 million in cumulative cost avoidance and performance improvements.

Gelver is an experienced operations and supply chain leader who has held senior roles including Regional Materials Manager, Global OPEX Manager, and VP of Operations Advisor. He has designed end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing solutions supporting up to $250 million in annual revenue and $1 million per day in customer shipments, and specializes in stabilizing underperforming operations and rebuilding materials and production control organizations.

A trusted mentor and change leader, Gelver works effectively across all organizational levels—from shop floor teams to the C-suite—and has experience overseeing engineering teams, regional managers, and 250+ hourly employees while maintaining strong safety and operational discipline. His expertise includes Lean transformation, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, along with workforce optimization, capital planning, safety systems, and KPI-driven operational dashboards supported by ERP/MRP technologies.
